Overview of the Ordering Process
Once you place your order, you'll immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number. If you have artwork you'd like us to use or work from to create new art, simply reply to the e-mail and attach your art. Shortly thereafter (during business hours), you'll receive an email from the Customer Care representative who will be taking personal care of your order. This promotional products expert will fully review your order, make suggestions, confirm dates and review your artwork.
Once all of the details are set, the next thing you'll receive is a link to your 'e-proof' showing your artwork on a mockup of the item(s) you're purchasing. There you'll have the opportunity to approve it or make suggestions for changes and improvements. Once you've approved the art, you'll see an order confirmation with all of the dates and charges. Keep in mind the charges will not change (including shipping!) from what was shown in the order confirmation you received at the start of the process unless something has changed (quantity, additional imprint colors or quicker shipping) – and then only if you've approved them in advance.
Remember, nothing goes into production without your approval!
Production
Production times will vary by item. At the time of your inquiry, you will receive a quote that will include the number of business days it takes to print your item with a single color imprint after you've approved your artwork. .
Shipping & Delivery
Production times will vary depending on the product. The number of days for delivery depends on where the product is sourced from, and the delivery options you choose. Payment
Orders require payment upon approval of artwork and the Sales Order. Customers may qualify for 30-day open accounts. Contact your Order Manager to complete a credit application.
Refunds
Footprint Promotional Advertising provides our customers with reliable and high-quality products. We are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace or refund upon inspection of the product. Footprint Promotional Advertising stands behind our products and will make good on any products proven defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Footprint Promotional Advertising liability for any defective product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid. In no event will Footprint Promotional Advertising be responsible for any incidental or consequential costs associated with the defective product, including but not limited to labor.
Return Policy
However, Footprint Promotional Advertising stands behind our products and will make good on any products proven defective in materials and workmanship.
Footprint Promotional Advertising must be notified of damaged orders or discrepancies within 5 days of order receipt. Returns must be made within 8 days of receiving authorization to return. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number. Please call to receive this number and authorization. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee.
If your product is defective contact your Order Manager and we'll rerun your order or refund your money.
Following artwork approval, custom products cannot be returned without cause.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time before the order goes into production. Once items have been sent to production, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact your Order Manager and they'll be happy to assist you.
